Jean Marie Giegerich ~ Broker/Owner, Lead Designer

Jean Marie A graduate of The University of Texas Department of Natural Sciences (Go Longhorns!), and Clare College in Cambridge England. Jean Marie has also done intensive studies in Italian Villa's and Palaces while traveling through out Italy and two semesters at the University of Texas. She has a strong back ground in developing subdivisions. Her most notable accomplishment was Steiner Ranch in Austin Texas. Jean Marie has extensive experience in marketing, sales and Interior Design of Homes & Commercial Spaces (including a variety of restaurants and medical buildings and offices). She is also very involved in her community as a Board Member for Corpus Christi Youth Development, Board Member for "Teen Leadership", advisory Board Member at Lebh Shomea at The Kennedy Ranch. She is also a participant and speaker with The Journey to Damascus and in March 2007 was Lay Director for the Journey to Damascus #50. She is a mother of two wonderful and accomplished sons and grandmother to two granddaughters, Avery & Lucy, a grandson, Carols Mateo! Jean Marie takes seriously the business of Real Estate. She has continuing education in real estate with her GRI and ABR designations. She was 2007 Chair for the Corpus Christi Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers. She has also been accomplished in many successful fund raising events. She brings her tenacity and negotiating skills to the table going the extra mile for her clients while making everyone feel as though they are a part of her family.

Carol Crook ~ REALTOR

Carol Crook brings 22 years of successful entrepreneurial experience with her. During these years of owning and operating her own business, she has acquired vital real estate knowledge working with office space, warehouse space, tech space, retail shopping centers, as well as helping to re-tenant a mall.
